Looking for my son

I've been trying to find my son now for quite a few years. I know he is in Belmond,Iowa but thats as far as I can get as I have no credit card to find out further information. His name is Jesse Thomas Krieger, born 1/1/1983 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I talked to his adoptive mother over the phone in Oct. 1998 and she sent me a picture of my son that I charish. I sent him a registered letter on his 18th birthday and then found out that they wasn't at that address any more and that his adoptive parents had divorced and that my son has a criminal record. Someone in Las Vegas sent me and email w/ all the info I have now. If anyone knows my son or can get me an address and phone number I would be forever grateful. Do you know what state his criminal record is in?

Kathey, As stated previously, I would check the clerk of courts in the county in which you know your son resides. Usually all you need is his name and birthdate. Do a google search for the town and clerk of courts. Most of the larger town clerk of courts are now on the web. If not, legal records are public and you could always call the county in which he lives or has lived. Of course the records will not be public if he was convicted as a juvenile. I as well gave a child up for adoption 25 years ago (June 9) so I wish you good luck and let me know if I can help you with anything else.

My son lives here in Iowa and his criminal record is in Iowa.
His adoptive parents are Tom and Joy Krieger, they use to live in Nashua,Iowa. I've got no reply from them when I called the old number or from letters I've sent. I will check the google search for town and clerk of court-thank you. If you find out anything further email me or call me. All is available in my thread. Thanks again

Try Courts.net, it has every state and most states will allow you to view court cases online. I did check out Iowa and they do have a section that states it is free case information, however, I didn't go any further then that. I have actually found one person in VA by looking up court cases on her and found that she had a case coming up. I just went to the court house and waited on her.
