Hello missingkids,

Its very likely that your subject is "staying low key" since there is a felony warrant issued. Which means that its highly probable that non-traditional methods such as database searches for core research will probably do no good. In this case friends, relatives, associates,etc. will need to be interviewed. Its more feesable to work with someone who is local. Your best bet would be to consult with a local Bounty hunter/fugitive recovery agent since there is a felony warrant issued and see if they will help you.
