looking for my birth father

I am searching for my birth father whom I have not had contact with in 15 years. His name is John Allen. My Name is phillip allen I was born in 1982 and I believe he married and divorced my mother Laura Hurka or Laurie Hurka (who died in 1991). I was born in Maryland so they must have been married there and also I believe he might live in Pennsylvania and has been re-married and has some children. Can anyone be of any help... please for free as I dont have much money.
