looking for half brother

My name is Samantha Dinsmore and I am looking for my half brother. His father's name is Daniel Kenneth Dinsmore and so is his brother's name. He was born in 1984. They lived in Virginia for a while and his mother's name was Judy but I don't know her last name. She has been married several times. My brother's name is Stephen Dinsmore and would now be 21.
