missing child

Iam desperately trying to find my daughter. Her name is Anitrah Anastasia Horrocks. Her father is Tony Ray Horrocks stepmother is Cynthia Scott Horrocks. He is half white half black. Born in August of 1969. They were married in douglas county of colorado springs colorado. Ive used many detective software programs to no avail. I do have her social though everyone says since she is a minor they can not divulge information about her. The closest I can get is having social security forward a letter to her. If he gets this letter he will undoubtedly would move again. Hes lived in slc,utah colorado springs,co and I think fountain,co as well. Anitrah's birthday is Feb.08,1993. Born in slc,ut. Ive contacted many schools and board of educations in colorado and just about everything else that might provide me with her location. I cannot afford a private investigator. What can I do?

I have no idea how old Cynthia is. To the best of my knowledge they have lived in colorado springs and fountain colorado. They were married in Douglas county in colorado. His previous address is 3805 Radiant Drive Apt. 617 colorado springs colorado. When I used detective software there were multiple names for 3805 Radiant drive. This led me to believe they are apartments hence the apt.617. Some of those residents had phone numbers and I called them to ask the name of the apartments. They all said they were not apartments. So that was very confusing. Then I got into apartments complex's yellow pages and none of them had Radiant drive for an address. That doesnt necessary mean that it isnt apts. The manager could have a whole different address. Thanks for looking for me.

We do not move to avoid you. Tony's mother has always had locate info on us. All of Tony's family, as well as mine has been told to give you all our info if you contact them. Your best friend, Holly, talks to Tony all the time. Any of the Ruth family could have told you.

We had no idea you were looking for Anitrah or ever wanted to know her. This is really sad that you went to this much trouble and did not ask those whom you know.

I found this letter because her and I sat down to find the origin of her name. How ironic we find part of the origin of her.

I have been checking with this Forum regularly since Oct 05.
I will keep in touch with Tony's mom and Holly. I am no longer going to ask any one off this forum to help me find you. I do not want to put our family or your family at risk for any kind of weirdness that may be on the internet. I would like you to be able to have some kind of relationship with Anitrah but I do not know how to find you. If you find this and can find Del or Wilma or Shanna they will have all of our info and have been instructed to give it to you. I will continue to try to find you now and again. I promised Anitrah as soon as we have some money we will look for you with better means.
Until that day comes, I have shared with Anitrah that you must love her and would like to see her.

I am the original Lady88 who started this thread. Anitrah has been found! It took 12 years but hey I found her. My beautifull daughter. As an even brighter note Im going to see her on June 6,2007! We are only seperated now by states. Iam putting this up because now that she is older her friends google her name and she is time after time having to explain she was found!
So all new people who goole her she is safe and happy. Anitrah sweetheart I love you and its only 15 more days! I cant wait to see you again. Its been so long. I love you,

As for the above mentioned she is not missing. Well she was. He took her moved out of state and decided not to tell me. Thats what started her being missing 12 years ago. As for everyone been instructed to give me your info. Thats bull from thier mouths. I talked to Shanna once and she said Wilma moved to Idaho and didnt know where she was. Since Wilma moved and remarried finding her was like finding a needle. When I did talk to John who is Dale's brother who knew I was searching said they had no idea of how to find you. Then finally when Anitrah was 4 Holly gave me Clay's number and he said he knew where you were but had to trick Wilma into giving it to him. Then I found you in Colorado for about 8 months then due to us being military and you moving from colorado and WILMA obviously trying to keep me away from her it took another 8 years. Thats the real story.....New Story we are all going to meet after 12 years and by God's blessing this will be a beautifull event. I realize now that it wasnt tony or me seperating anitrah from me it was because of other peoples' agendas. Cindy Im glad weve talked and your a good person. I cant wait to meet you.

I guess this will be a thread ender. I did go to Naples,Florida to see my daughter. I was there from June 6-13th. At first it was great. Then a couple of days into my visit I tested positive for being pregnant. I told my husband before I left I thought I might be. On the 10th of June I complained at my hotel the La Quinta Inn and Suites that the maids had not changed the sheets,washed out the tub and the movie service was broke. For this I was kicked out of my hotel. Thus making a good reconnection with my child harder than it was already going to be. I told the manager that I was pregnant and I didnt have anywhere else to go. Because it was already paid in advance through a service. He decided oh well. On the 12th I miss carried my baby and my 14 year old daughter had to witness it. Needless to say she was very scared and confused. By the end of my trip I hate to say it but I was ready to just go home. To my own home,state and people. If Anitrah wants to come visit me here in Oklahoma then great but I'll never stay in florida again. My actual visit was only 5 days and 5 nights. I got in after 11pm on the 6th and flew out at 8am on the 13th. Anitrah is well and we are going to stay in contact and have her come visit us here.
