Looking For Biological Mother

We are looking for my boyfriends mother, she left him with his fathers grandma when he was a baby and never returned (or so there goes the story) that was the last time he or anyone on his fathers side of the family ever saw or heard from anyone in her family. Evedentally she went to reno to be a prostitute. This is the only info we know.
Reda is his mother and all info listed below is correct per his birth certificate. if anyone could help he would be ever so thankful, he is 21 years old, had a tough life and just wants to know his mom. thank you!!
